A. Local Data (Stored on Device)

For seamless offline usage, the following information is stored in the device's local database (SQLite/Drift) or app-specific storage. If you do not link a social account, this data is not transmitted to our servers and app-specific data is deleted when the App is uninstalled. Files separately saved to the device gallery may remain after the App is uninstalled and must be deleted by the user.

• Detailed workout logs (date, time, exercise name, set number, weight, reps, distance, running type, memos, etc.)
• User's local app settings

B. Cloud Sync Data (Social Login Linked Users Only)

For users who link their social accounts, the following data is securely stored in Google Firebase Firestore to enable backup and social sharing features.

• Profile Information: Email address, nickname, profile image URL, account visibility setting (isPublic), and last workout date (lastWorkoutDate).
• Synchronized Workout Logs: Workout logs backed up to the Firestore server.
• Social Network Information: User IDs (UIDs) of other users whom you explicitly add to your favorites/follow list.

C. In-App Purchase and Billing Info (Premium Users Only)

We utilize RevenueCat, a third-party specialized service, to manage and verify in-app purchases.

• Purchase Status Information: Premium entitlement status (isPremium) and billing receipt token. We do not directly collect, process, or store sensitive financial details such as credit card numbers.

D. Workout Analysis Screen Recording and Audio

When a user taps the REC button on the posture-analysis screen, the video of the workout analysis screen and audio captured during the recording may be saved as a workout video.

• Android: The App requests microphone permission for recording, and sounds from the device surroundings may be included in the video while recording.
• iOS: The App uses ReplayKit to record the app screen and audio provided by the platform. The App does not request a separate microphone permission for this feature.
• Storage: Recorded videos and workout-event metadata are initially stored in the App's private storage on the device.
• Automatic transmission: Recorded videos are not automatically uploaded to our servers.
• User-initiated sharing: If the user chooses to save a video to the gallery or share it, the video may be transferred to the device operating system or an external app selected by the user. The external app's privacy policy applies to its handling of the shared file.
• Retention: Original videos in App-specific storage are retained according to the storage policy, with recent videos kept for access in the App. Users can delete them in the App.

E. Camera and Posture Analysis Data

The App processes camera footage in real time to analyze exercise posture. Workout records and related images or snapshots generated during posture analysis may be stored on the device or transferred to an external app when the user chooses to use a sharing feature.

F. AI Diet Analysis and Meal Photo Data

Meal photos captured or selected by users for dietary logging and nutrition analysis are securely transmitted to and temporarily processed by third-party AI analysis engines (OpenAI API / Google Gemini API) to identify food items, estimate portion sizes, and calculate calories and macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats).

• Processing Purpose: Automated recognition of food items, portion estimation, and nutritional value calculations.
• Retention: Transmitted meal images are discarded from memory immediately after analysis is complete and are never used to train AI models. Analyzed nutrition records are stored locally on your device.

G. Advertising Identifiers and Ad Data (Google AdMob)

To support our free tier services and provide reward-based perks, the App displays in-app banner and rewarded video advertisements via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

• Collected Information: Advertising identifiers (iOS IDFA, Android GAID), device identifier and model, OS version, IP address (for coarse geolocation), and ad impression/interaction metrics.
• Purpose of Use: Delivering personalized and non-personalized advertisements, ad performance measurement, and fraud/invalid traffic prevention.
• User Control & Opt-Out: iOS users can refuse tracking via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt upon launching the app. You can also opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising ID anytime via device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

H. Sleep and Health Platform Integration Data (Google Health Connect / Apple HealthKit)

When users enable smartwatch integration or health data synchronization, the App reads sleep data through operating system health platforms (Android Health Connect, iOS HealthKit).

• Collected Information: Sleep session data (bedtime, wake-up time, and total sleep duration).
• Purpose of Use: Displaying in-app sleep dashboard, calculating target sleep achievement rates, and supporting workout recovery and daily routine optimization.
• Storage & Processing: Synced sleep data is strictly stored within the device's local database (SQLite/Drift).
• Health Data Protection Policy (No Advertising & No Third-Party Transfer): We strictly prohibit using sleep or health data obtained via Google Health Connect or Apple HealthKit for advertising, marketing targeting, profiling, or transfer/sale to third-party data brokers. All health data is strictly processed to deliver in-app sleep tracking and fitness recovery features under explicit user consent.
